Three aspects of our shared vision have brought us together: having a plan, restoring the balance and inner development - igniting our passion and reinforcing our belief. The unique combination of the three is transformative and sustainable. 
  
Having a Plan
It is time for true, profound change. We know it is important to do something active in the world. A vision alone is not enough for us. We believe in creating the world we see can be possible and we invite you to join us.
 
Deep in our heart we do all know that between drowning refugees in the Mediterranean Sea, terrorism and corruption we truly need new solutions – a new plan. The old one no longer works, and something new needs to be born.
 
The FemmeQ Summit is a 2-day event that will host the members of Rising Women Rising World; a global organisation that develops new ways of thinking and acting to create a plan and bring about the change so crucial for our world. Our speakers will share their wisdom and expertise, developed through decades of experience, to impact 12 areas of society including politics, business, education, law, art and the media, health etc. These incredibly accomplished women will share their unique holistic approach and discuss how they are integrating the feminine principles into all areas of our world.
 
Restoring Balance
In mainstream society, we have undervalued and often marginalised the feminine principles inside all of us, women and men, for thousands of years. In our shared vision the feminine principles are restored to their appropriate place alongside the masculine; Thinking & Feeling, Intellect & Intuition, Speaking & Listening, Head & Heart, Giving & Receiving, Active & Passive
 
In these two days we will come together to explore how we, men and women, can restore the balance, firstly within ourselves and then in our world. 

Beginning with You
The future belongs to each and every one of us. The creation of a new world begins with the individual. You and Me.  We believe in the WE, but we also know that the WE consists of a multiplicity of ‘MEs’. Each individual is unique; each one of us brings the passion, the energy and the commitment that will make the difference to creating the shift that is so needed.

It is important to us that each one of us is seen – for whom we are, not only for what we do. A deep respect for our own selves and for our togetherness underpins our commitments in the world.
